Came at 9:00 AM gone by 10:30 Am installed right the first time . Cleaned up the debris hooked everything up correctly and left can't say enough good things about my experience with Geek Squad

The geek squad installed my tv twice. The first group did an outstanding job. The second group did a terrible job. They broke off an antennae from my dish box and it would not work anymore. I had to call dish to come out which caused me to pay a service call.

I had two great techs who installed my tv’s and mounts. Highly recommend this service. Just check that everything is plugged back in before letting the techs leave!

I had mixed results on tv mounting. The tv was originally mounted thru Best Buy by a third party, it was terrible. Then the real Geeks came to my rescue, he was the best. Remember to ask for a eat geek, and demand a real Geek for installation, you won’t be dissolved.

I usually prefer to do things myself but have to say using this service was way faster and less stressful. They are quick and knowledgeable of exactly what needs to be done. Will use them again for sure.

These guys (there were 2) were great. They explained every step and how everything worked. The only complaint I would have is they took all the boxes (which was awesome) but didn’t leave the serial numbers.
