As always, Best Buys Geek Squad are, for lack of a better words, ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! I have been a subscriber for years and not once have I been disappointed in their knowledge and service. I just purchased a new TV, from Best Buy of course, and it is all I hoped it would be. I do not watch TV. I use it for playing all my movies and the 85" screen is PERFECT. My own theater!

The agent did a great job mounting my TV and making sure everything was working properly, made sure no mess was left behind and hauled the TV box away for me.

The Geek Squad installed my Frame TV above my fireplace. It was a tricky job because they were installing on a tile wall. Maleek made it look easy!

My tv was professionally mounted on this bracket. It looked easy to install and took very little time. I love that I can sit in various places and tilt the screen so I can see it. It’s perfect for what I need.

Excellent job! Not only did the technician mount my tv, he also showed me how to use all the features, recommended wall placement, and was very friendly and professional.

Terrible customer service. I purchased security cameras for home with installation. The first time someone came out to install the cameras they were from a third party vendor. Why??? I have total tech. The next time they came out to install they didn't have the proper equipment. Friday I got a email canceling my install. To date nothing has been installed. I'm returning the cameras a closing my account. This is the way you treat customers that been with you for over 20 years?
