Team was professional and experienced. I asked to add on another mounting, moving displaced TV and they signed right on to the additional work. Timely and efficient.

Sam went above and beyond when a mix up with our order happened. We weren't going to get our tvs, let alone have them installed on our scheduled day - which we had scheduled about 2 weeks previously. Sam was getting off work when he learned of our situation. He got our tvs, delivered and installed them - again when he was supposed to be going home for the day, on a Saturday, no less. Friendly, efficient, cleaned work areas from wall mount dust. Excellent customer service.

The agents were efficient, polite, and very helpful. They installed and set up the T V in a short time, and I especially liked that they instructed me on how to make changes if I wanted.

Overall, very impressed with the set up and mounting of my new TV. The people who came out knew their stuff and were respectful and very pleasant. They were excellent. The only negative was the sound bar mount. Unfortunately, the mount I ordered was not available at the time of set up. I would have thought that with an appointment all the inventory would be available. Since I didn't want to have them come out again, I purchased a mount they had in their vehicle, which was more expensive than my original order.

Worth it if you don’t want to do it yourself. But they will upsale you. The upsale may be worth it just be prepared to pay at the time of service.

The installers arrived an hour late and Best Buy should advise their crew to at least call the customer for any delay. Once arrived they removed the old TV from the wall and mounted the new TV.

My tv was mounted on the wall. The technicians were wonderful! They showed me all about the tv. Very courteous and on time.

Agent did a good job mounting TV on previously Best Buy installed wall mount however subsequent to mounting new TV connecting cables to back of TV are now exposed and unsightly

Geek Squad installed this mount and the TV. This was not necessarily a cake walk of an installation, and they did a real good job. Things turned out just the way I wanted them to with this mount and TV.

The Geek Squad Mounted our TV over our fireplace without any cables or wires showing. They connected our receiver and additional electronic devices--all within a short amount of time and with expertise.
