Completely satisfied with the excellent service provided by the Geek Squad. Our new tv installation was precise, well-done and fast oh and accommodating our needs! What else could I ask for!

I LOVE having Best Buy TotalTech and having Geek Squad come out and mount my big TVs. They (the Geek Squad) know what they are doing!

He did a great job! Helped make sure it was good angel and he hid all my cords so nicely!

When we purchased a TV for our new home we added on the extra 266 installation fee, we were super excited to have a seamless installation process trusting Best Buy and the promise to deliver , we got multiple confirmation texts leading up to our installation date (12/14 Today) even the morning of at 6:47 saying to be ready they will be her 10:30 am to 2:30pm. We planned the whole day around it BUT THEN we get another text saying that this needs to be scheduled, we called the useless customer service call center and they could care less saying it was never scheduled and needs to be scheduled .. could not give me any answers as to why I got multiple confirmation texts saying it was scheduled for today 12/14, naturally you end up frustrated . It’s an oh well not my problem for them.. they pushed it out another week so I don’t know what to trust . We had family coming for holidays so this is very frustrating, see pics and will post update at this time still have NO TV NO $266 installation and NO answers.. be wary buying as they do not seem to value your time as a customer or your money you paid for a product/services .

The workers kept me informed as to that location throughout the day and the time they will be there. They were courteous and knowledgeable. Great experience.

The crew arrived at the scheduled time. They were able to dismount my old TV and mount the new TV using the existing mount, which saved me from having to re-paint the wall. All went smooth.

Mounted our Frame tv and soundbar. They were on time and nice.

They were efficient and skilled in the installation. informing me about situations. showed me the basics and installed an app i had been using. There were a couple items I had been told I could connect but they were unable to help.
