The Squad was quick, on time and professional. They connected all my equipment with out any issue. The TV itself is superb.

The young man that came to our house was very professional and friendly. He showed me how to work my television and did an awesome job with installation.

The 2 Representatives Dejuan and John were very good. They arrived the time they stated. They were neat and precise in hanging the tv and mount. Upon completion they went step by step explaining and setting up each feature on the smart tv. My husband and I already had a Sonos system in place the representatives even walked us through how to play cable movies and apps through the surround sound. When I applied neat, the gentleman packed up all the discarded trash as well as any wiring that might’ve fell. If there was a box to check employee of the month I would recommend Dejuan and John from the Ocala Florida Best Buy!

Carlos and his partner did an excellent job installing my TV. He was very patient and answered all of my questions.

The Geek Squad arrived promptly, installed a full-motion tv mount, attached the tv as well as sound bar. They were done in a couple hours and took all the boxes afterwards!

Team arrived within window of four hours within the last hour would have hoped earlier but installation was done but removed an Apple TV box which I wish they hadn’t and have called for them to return to fix

The agent was very knowledgeable and an expert in the install of TVs. He installed a mount and a 55" TV in the living room and a mount and 50" TV in the man-cave. He also installed a sound bar on the 55". He was quick and efficient but took time to explain the remotes and unique features of each. Will definitely use Geek Squad for all future installs.

Nothing like someone who’s good at their job. Called ahead, came up with everything he needed, asked me where I wanted the tv and put it right there. No issues and super fast. Definitely reccomend
