Arrived on time. Listened to my needs and got the job done in a timely fashion.

They came set up. The TV was pleasant. I had no problems.

The geek squad did a great job mounting my new TV as well as the new mounting bracket. Everything works great and I am very happy with the work performed.

The technicians were prompt and courteous. They did an excellent job mounting my 75 inch Sony flat screen.

My experience with the geek squad for the first time was as expected and then-some! They came prepared and also had a mount for me for a second TV I decided to get mounted in my newly built apartment! The tech was very nice and accommodating. I even had an issue to where I noticed my soundbar was crooked and reached out to the Tech and he came back in-between appointment times to make it right! The agents arrived at my home as per scheduled and the install when smoothly. They were very knowledgeable and made sure that everything worked as planned before they left.

The agents who came to mount my tv were professional and even shows me with tape how and where my tv would sit exactly. They were very fast too!

Heavy 8k TV installation new model that the guys were not familiar with. Didn't have all the necessary parts on their van to complete the installation. Had to read the instruction booklet myself to understand how to operate.

The installer was very prosessional. He and his coworker did a very good job making my TV and sound system operational.

The agent was very knowledgeable and an expert in the install of TVs. He installed a mount and a 55" TV in the living room and a mount and 50" TV in the man-cave. He also installed a sound bar on the 55". He was quick and efficient but took time to explain the remotes and unique features of each. Will definitely use Geek Squad for all future installs.
