Great service! Mounted the tv without any problems.

The Geek Squad team worked as such, neatly installing wall mount, TV and sound bar. Programmed one remote for Cable, TV and sounder! Both team members were polite and professional!

Bought this to put a tv in the family room, took my husband and his friend less than 15 minutes to install.

I LOVE having Best Buy TotalTech and having Geek Squad come out and mount my big TVs. They (the Geek Squad) know what they are doing!

they were on time and got right to work. they told us what we needed which we had and what we didn't need that we used with the old tv.

The agents are very polite and had this television mounted on the wall in my bedroom in about 20 minutes.

The mount I already have fit the new TV so it did not require attaching a mount to the wall. They used the wires that were also already installed. They did have the TV working and show me how to operate it before they left.

I will start by saying I am giving two star for this one appointment I had and not for the entire Geek Squad team as I have had an awesome experience with you guys before. On 12/28, The guys came with a very negative attitude to replace the TV that was mounted by the awesome team on 12/20 . Thank God they were at least able to to mount the TV right but were struggling and were all over the place. I requested them to try and mount the sound bar for me and one of the guy straight up said no without even letting me finish the sentence. He came up as rude in the beginning and said he is there to just mount the TV. No courtesy no politeness and no regards to the customer service experience. I felt like I have met a different team and not the Geek Squad as my experience with the other team was very pleasant. The previous team on 12/20 had offered to mount the speakers as I did not have the mount at that moment. but the guys who serviced my place on 12/28 did not even try to make an effort to be polite and at one point he even said he will stop the mount if I am not happy. I have never experienced it before. I am giving two starts and not one because he at least got the TV standing straight. Not a pleasant experience at all.

The mounting was smooth and professional. The technician knew what he was signing too.

Scheduled 2 TVs to be mounted, they arrived promptly and were very nice and knowledgeable. Put the TVs up in a good timing and even cleaned up any mess that was made. Would definitely recommend

Highly recommend for any TV larger than 55”. Watching two guys who mount these everyday was so much better than trying myself

Bobby Rodriguez and his partner Dan from Geek Squad are amazing! They spent several hours at my house installing my TV and sound system. They were very helpful explaining how everything worked and recommending where to locate different components. They were also neat, friendly amd efficient. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and service!
