The install team was professional throughout the entire process! 10/10 would recommend for any tv mounting.

The agents worked very hard and creatively and even moved furniture to mount my tv in a good spot when we unexpectedly found brick behind the plaster. But when 2 came for extra training, one was very clear and patient with me as I made notes, but the other kept interrupting to say,” You can also do it this other way “ so I ended up very confused and disappointed and will have to call or request another session with one person.

The agents did great job of installing and setting up television. Most professional and knowledgeable. Most pleased with first experience with Geek Squad.

The agents mounted our tvs and connected them to all our devices. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. Jonesy helped us problem solve and looked up, and found, solutions for us so we could put our bluray player and cable box up and not have cords showing. He's amazing! One of a kind. Really can't say enough for how great he is.
