Buying a professional mount and having Best Buy install it is always a good idea I’m not worried about my TV falling off the wall.

The guys put up the new bracket and installed my tv. They connected my Roku and made sure everything worked well.

The 2 installers were fantastic. The cleaned up well and made sure they explained what they were doing and how to use the new equipment.

The geek squad team that came out was awesome. Very professional and knew their stuff. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

The TV we originally ordered did not work. The installers took it back and had a new one order and was installed the following week. I was not pleased to have to wait a total of 2 weeks. But the problem was taken care of with no further problems

What can you say about a mount? It’s great has swivel capability and you can pull it out to add things on it.

The agents mounted my 5 TVs throught the house. They were professional and timely. One installer made a mistake and cut out some drywall where a beam is located. The dry spot was poorly covered.

The technician who installed this item for me was superbly competent and produced an outstanding product. He was prompt, organized and patient with explaining/showing me how the wall mount functioned.
