The Geek Squad technician was very polite and professional. He arrived on time after calling me to let me know he was on the way. On arrival he was very respectful and was aware of what he was supposed to do. He removed the old tv, transferred the mount, and reinstalled the new tv and set it all up with the remote. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone needing new electronics or appliances.

Our entire install was a success. The mans name was Joseph...and he arrived on time-and stays until the project was 100%. It was a long day-Buy he got it done. Completely satisfied!

The installer was very efficient and fast. He took pride in the quality of workmanship & was very neat. He took the time to setup the TV and went over the features and how to work the remote & TV.

The installers that came to my home were excellent! They were courteous and knowledgeable. They ate everything up, explained what they did and showed us how to use the new setup.

Agent mounted, and connected tv to all devices, also showed how to use all programs.

The agents worked very hard and creatively and even moved furniture to mount my tv in a good spot when we unexpectedly found brick behind the plaster. But when 2 came for extra training, one was very clear and patient with me as I made notes, but the other kept interrupting to say,” You can also do it this other way “ so I ended up very confused and disappointed and will have to call or request another session with one person.

The agent mounted my TV and put the cords through the back of the wallboard and connected it below to the electricity. Very neatly done and I am very pleased.

The tech was on time, with a phone call in advance to tell us he would be over in so many minutes. He was friendly and was able to mount a new wall mount and mount our TV on it.

This was mounted and placed appropriately. The 2nd tech kept the other on track to place mount on the studs

bought a new 4k t.v and had geek squad do the install and they could have not have done better. they were on time and did a great job. Thanks for the help
