I buy tv March 5th . still waiting still waiting for deliver somehow they keep canceling my order not sure. i.sm not buying anything anymore from Best buy. Riverdale store store manager Sarah she's very rude with me she acting like she don't understanding what I'm saying what happening to with my order no customer service scale

Agents removed the old TV and mount, and installed the new using steel stud screws they provided for free. Very quick and efficient, would recommend!

Best 200 I ever spent!! As always, the Best Buy staff that came to my home to install were the utmost professionals. They knew exactly what to do. Also, this is an incredible value when you realize everything included (please don't raise the price;) We were installing a 65 inch TV and the matching sound bar and sound mount. Glad I had purchased Geek Squad because there was a little balance issue at first that the Geek Squad handled so professionally and so easily. (I don't think they're called Geek Squad anymore).

The Tech guys did a great job installing and explaining everything.
