John & Lou arrived on time. They were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They demo’d how to use the remote controls and how to traverse through it all. Being a female, this was everything. They answered all my addl questions which gave me all the comfort level to enjoy my new cool SAMSUNG 65” inch TV Q60B QLED. Best Buy, you were represented well by John & Lou. Thank you guys for being patient and your expertise.

I bought this with my 85 inch TV. It is really good. The installer grumbled a little but it works fine for me!

Installers did a wonderful job mounting my TV above a fire place. They used alot of care and made sure it was even with the mantle.

I only buy my Electronics from Best Buy and the only ones I trust to put it up on my wall. Did a great job in less time than I thought it would take.

I had already paid to have my tv mounted when I bought the item. It was done poorly and in such a way that it blocked access to the cable box and electrical outlet once the tv was installed. I had to have a new cable box installed and had to run the electrical wire to an outlet near the floor. I don't know why you billed me an additional amount when the job wasn't done properly to begin with. I am not happy.

The geek squad showed up on time and swiftly mounted my 50 inch tv to the wall. They took away my old tv to recycle along with all the packing material.

They put the TV on the wall so fast and it was perfect; it's exactly where I wanted it. They showed me all the new features of my new TV and how to move the TV and mount easily.

Installation was very quick! We had a picture, DVD player, wall mount and sound bar all up and running in a very short period of time!

The team did a very fine job in replacing an outdated wall mount and a new HDTV. The team was very adaptable and responsive, including calling in more help and parts from our local store.

I thank Best Buy for assisting me shop for two Samsungs TV's. Our family members just love it. I thank the sale representative for assisting us in selecting a very good quality TV. though BOTH my big TVs required a special mount, the Geek Squad figured it all out! they perservered until they got it right, and spared no effort....BIG thanks!

Bryan and Jacob did a outstanding job. They mounted our 75” tv, routed all our wires behind the wall ( please make their job easier, and buy behind wall rated wires) the took their time, and asked where we wanted the TV and height. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and took all the giant boxes with them. Overall very happy with the service. They also removed a tv we had in the living room. Almost forgot they also connected an Apple tv , Nintendo switch , and a turntable to the system.
