The agents set up the TV on the mount and mounted to the wall but the TV is damaged (one side darker than the other) and they never noticed.

The agent removed defective tv and installed a new one.

Best Buy always sets the best standard when it comes to ordering a television granted I had to wait for a little bit to get it in, but once the product came in, everybody was very professional to set up as Kwik and the installers were very informative on information

We had a great experience with our install team. They arrived as scheduled and took great care during the installation of our wall mounted TV and soundbar connection. They solicited our opinions on the final placement of the TV and made the mounting without incident. They connected everything and made sure all components received updates and worked as expected. They hauled away the various boxes the equipment came in and cleaned up the area. Could not ask for better.

The tech came and had everything installed in less than 30 minutes and it wasn't just fast, it was well done.

The gentleman who mounted my TV was professional and great. He did an amazing job and was right on time. Very happy.

I just had the geek squad install and mount a 75 “ TV on this mount. It was worth the money. Safe and reliable with locking mechanism. This TV is not coming down with this mount

Tech showed up on time, even called before he left the store. He was very polite and professional. Very efficient. Cleaned up after himself and brought in a helper when needed.

So, they mounted my TV too low on the wall...I was left with 4 large holes and the imprints of the mount. That really bummed me out. But, as they were applying the mount to the TV, they informed me that the mount we had stuck above the TV. It was one of things where you don't know until you use it. They tried everything to find a solution with that mount, but ended up finding a different one that was available in store. They actually went to get it and bring it back during that appointment, which was awesome. It looks good up on the wall (had to patch and paint over the holes...which I still kind of see). But I liked that they helped out with that 1st mount's issue.

We were impressed with how well the two Geek Squad members worked together. You could tell they had installed many tvs as a team. They even hauled the box away!

I buy tv March 5th . still waiting still waiting for deliver somehow they keep canceling my order not sure. i.sm not buying anything anymore from Best buy. Riverdale store store manager Sarah she's very rude with me she acting like she don't understanding what I'm saying what happening to with my order no customer service scale
