Customer Ratings & Reviews

great product and good service great install very professional

Excellent work. Very courteous and figured out a work around for setting up Mee Headphones with system. Thank you Geek Squad.

The setup team and delivery squad were friendly and fast. They made clear what to expect and left my home tidy. They arrived on schedule and communicated to let me know when to expect them. I would have liked for the soundbar to be included in the setup along with the TV, but hopefully, it will be simple enough that I will be glad I saved myself the fee.

The Agents took down my old tv and mounted the new one VERY QUICKLY PROFESSIONAL & A VERY CLEAN JOB! They were very friendly & communicated well with arrival time!!

Justin was awesome!!! Listened to what we wanted and made suggestions that we implemented

The 2 gentlemen who installed my TV were AWESOME. Very professional & friendly.

They installed a big tv high on my ceiling quickly and I Don;t fear it’ll fall off...something I would constantly worry about if I did it myself.

Great job by the squad. Delivered and mounted and all hooked up

Geek squad arrived on time, were very courteous and did a terrific job. They made sure I understood and encouraged questions. Well done!

The squad was excellent They answer all our questions and assisted me in moving older tv's to the new rooms. I would definitely use them again.

Awesome service from 3 folks and they were nice enough to move and mount the tv replaced.

We got the LG OLED tv at Best Buy and got the service to have it mounted in our room. The staff who did the install did an excellent job. I got a reminder the day prior, a text when they were on their way. The did the install very fast, made sure everything was working and we know how to do the settings and use the remote, took away all the boxes and left the area clean. Well done!

Setup was fast and clean. Courteous and professional. Explained and guided me through the setup of the tv and suggestions for additional upgrades when I may need them.

The guys were on time professional and very knowledgeable. The installation was successfully completed in a minimal amount of time.

The "mounting" was actually a "re-mounting": I needed the TV moved about a foot to the left. This was more difficult than you might think, but they managed to do exactly what was needed. And, it was difficult to get "level", despite their best efforts. Fortunately, they kept adjusting things until it was perfect: no half-measures at all. Much appreciated. And... they upgraded one of the HDMI cables to work with a higher standard of data-passing. This is always welcome when the cables are buried in the wall. I approve of "future-proofing".

The 2 men were professional and knew exactly what to do. They talked about what needed to be done and took care of it. I was very pleased that they left no mess.

Very easy to install and supports the TV with freedom to rotate either left or right with the ability to move the top edge in or out.

The geek squad agent mounted and set up our tv and answered all of our questions. It was a pleasant experience!
