Generally agents have been very helpful and easy to deal with. Work seems to be satisfactory. No serious issues; could. Especially more helpful in customer dealings; not always thinking of customer perceptions.

Just moved into our new house here and we had your crew come in and mount the new 43 in Smart TV we bought in our local Best Buy on the wall in our bedroom and then checked the 55 in we bought a year ago and moved across the country. Cant' say how grateful and pleased we were. Your guys were on time, reached out ahead of time while on the way here, were friendly, polite, personable, and got us set up in no time. They were great! Hung my 65 inch Insignia tv in LR. Only took 45 minutes they were in and out cleaned up their mess answered my questions. Happy camper!

They were not only SUPER respectful and efficient but they were able to service us even though we had issues with the initial order. They went out of their way to service us FIRST on the day we rescheduled but remembered parts of our previous conversation the first time. Setup came not only on time but ahead of schedule when my father came back from surgery to enjoy the TV. I wish I had more to tip them they were the BEST service men to ever install product at our house and my praises can’t be higher for them. You guys did great give these guys a raise!!!

The agent took down my old TV and relocated it then mounted my new TV, threaded connection wires through walls o and hooked up to surround sound and outside zone

the agents came in and hid the cable wires for my tv's inside the walls and they were very quick and professional. They did a great job with no mess.

The two guys arrived on time... did what they came to do and explained how to operate with 4 remotes. Plus, I called them and they answered promptly and helped me with my questions. EXCELLENT
