The Geek Squad TECT was very professional and polite. Once he installed my TV he walked me through setting up different Apps and devices on my TV.

Theybdid a gr3at job. Communication was great, they mounted the tv when i wasnt home (gad it marked out amd someone else watching the home). They threw away my tv box which was well intended but i was actually trying to save, but i appreciate the thought.

Install was done in s timely fashion and they put the TV in a perfect spot

All I gave to say is that the installation of the Samsung TV was Perfect, the guys were professionals.

Jorge and his buddy I forgot his name were so professional in unboxing neatly the 85” Samsung TV as well as transporting properly and mounting securely and setting it up evenly. They also wore shoe booties upon entering the door and follow safety Covid Precautionary Measure like masks and gloves and disinfecting hands frequently.

I had best buy/geeksquad mount my 65" TV on the mantle above my fireplace and they did a superb job at a great price, easy to schedule, the guy was super professional and informative. Couldn't ask for a better service with this honestly. Still holding strong to this day and I got a swivel mount so I can move it around. Very sturdy.

The Geek Squad arrived earlier than expected but called first to let us know. We were replacing the console/cabinet below tv with a new one. We were going to carry Old one to garage But Squad stepped in and moved it. Their work was quick and perfect. They vacuumed as they were drilling so there wasn’t a lot of dust, clever. The wall mount foe the tv allowed Geek Squad to install and tilt the 77 inch sceen a bit. I felt I was right there at the UFC fights!! It looks amazing and was done very professionally!!

Very knowledgeable, helpful completing a perfect job installing a 77” tv on existing wall mount. Keyed into my internet & programmed everything & connected soundbar. All after removing the old tv. Couldn’t be more pleased with there service!

Lucas and Cameron(installers)were awesome. Couldn't be more satisfied with the mount I purchased or the service I received. My only complaint is the installation cost for the sound bar. I feel it's excessive, but didn't want to remove a star because the installers did such a fine job (Ignore the power cord in the picture. I haven't installed an outlet yet. Not their fault). I will be a returning customer. Thanks.
