Geek squad installed and had my tv mounted quickly. Even moved the other tv and hooked it up in the bedroom.

Brandon arrived on time, and finished removal of old 85 inch Samsung & Installed 85 inch Sony in less than an hour. He did this all by himself. He was careful, courteous, and efficient. They should pay hime more money.

Excellent option for anything you want and not sure which one to choose

The Geek Squad out did themselves on this one. First time I've utilized the install service with my Total Tech membership and they knocked my socks off. Great communications, great service & job incredibly well done. Cesar, I believe, was the name of the guy in charge and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have worked in customer-related fields for some time & can honestly say that any business would be lucky to have him on their team.

I had 3 TVs mounted and while one was not up to par, Best Buy went out of their way to not only make it right, but to reassure me it would never happen again. No Business is perfect and to me what matters most is the Accountability! Thank you Best Buy.

They were awesome !! Major attention to detail and made sure i was happy . There was some confusion about my ceiling speakers , they thought i was gonna for sure replace them when that was not exactly the plan .. it was only of needed / ones I had didn’t work well . Think it was a communication breakdown befwwwn office and them

We had our new TV delivered and mounted over the fireplace and they were very professional and did a good job - both of which are hard to find in this day and age!
