The Geek Squad did a great job installing our new wall mount TV. The install had some challenges including running wire through, but the did a great job. They even cleaned up afterward.

The agent was very professional and funny. Really enjoyed having them in our house. They installed it pretty quickly and collected all the debris as well.

Over all the experience was good. The techs were nice and courteous. They were also early which was great. However, after I moved my dresser back up against the wall I noticed that the tv was a bit crooked. There is about an inch difference from the left side and right side. I haven’t figured out how I can fix this yet. It also leans forward. It is a tilt mount but it leans even before you move it. When I push it back it “falls”forward about a half an inch or so. This could be the mount. I’m not sure. The other tv that was mounted is on a swivel mount which I love.

What a great service! Expensive, but worth it. I would do it again.
