I was extremely pleased with the folks that installed my TV. I had purchased the wrong mounting bracket for use on a stone fireplace, and rather than tell me I would need to go get the right thing and they'd have to come back later, they actually went back to BestBuy to get the correct item. They then came back to my home and completed the job. Talk about customer serviced!!
