The assembly crew showed up on time and perfectly installed the 55” tv.

The agents were great in mounting the tv and very patient with waiting on us.

The "mounting" was actually a "re-mounting": I needed the TV moved about a foot to the left. This was more difficult than you might think, but they managed to do exactly what was needed. And, it was difficult to get "level", despite their best efforts. Fortunately, they kept adjusting things until it was perfect: no half-measures at all. Much appreciated. And... they upgraded one of the HDMI cables to work with a higher standard of data-passing. This is always welcome when the cables are buried in the wall. I approve of "future-proofing".

The Geek Squad team headed by Jeremy was absolutely Outstanding! I will forever be a Best Buy Customer now. They installed 3 TV's in our new home and took great care in placement exactly where we wanted. They spent time hooking up our cable and even programmed our apps on the TV's! The Sony's we purchased are amazing! Please go to Best Buy and Use the Geek Squad! You won't find anyone to beat them.

The geek squad that came was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in doing his job. He took his time, and didn’t rush. But unfortunately the TV is mounted too high. It’s hurting my neck.

The team was professional and personable. They wore shoe covers and face masks for Covid compliance. They reviewed all items to be installed with our new flat screen. Advised me of an additional charge for a non Best Buy accessory. Upon completion, all shipping boxes were removed and my home was was returned to normal with my new equipment. Discussed the location of the install and the optimal viewing height. Upon completion of the install all components were tested for functionality discussed
