Installers were friendly and efficient. Did the job in a short time.

So, they mounted my TV too low on the wall...I was left with 4 large holes and the imprints of the mount. That really bummed me out. But, as they were applying the mount to the TV, they informed me that the mount we had stuck above the TV. It was one of things where you don't know until you use it. They tried everything to find a solution with that mount, but ended up finding a different one that was available in store. They actually went to get it and bring it back during that appointment, which was awesome. It looks good up on the wall (had to patch and paint over the holes...which I still kind of see). But I liked that they helped out with that 1st mount's issue.

This TV seems pretty high end for the price point it's at. The Roku system has been fantastic for tying all the online channels together. Picture is fantastic. Remote is simple.

Well it’s doing it’s job as far as holding the tv the way it should so I’m happy with that no problems with it also it looks very good where it’s at I am very satisfied with it!

They did an excellent job moving my old TV (to make room for my new one) to another room, mounting it flush to the wall in a difficult and tight corner. Attention to detail was 100% and they showed genuine care that it looked good where it was, was level, etc. They placed it between and under wall decorations and over the entertainment center. They took the extra time needed to ensure it was centered amongst all that and then cleaned up all the wires, etc.

The Geek Squad agents mounted my TV quickly and hooked up all my necessary accessories so that every one of them works exactly as required.

The agents mounted my tv and connected all of my devices! Also showed me some short cuts programming my favorite channels! I was totally satisfied with their work. They were so nice and patient with me. Answered all of my questions. Being 65 I am a little slow with all of this high tech equipment! lol. Thank you guys much for your patience and understanding! I appreciated the work done by my Geek Squad technician, in mounting my TV. I already had the mount on my wall from a previous 55" TV, so that helped the technician get the new TV mount and the connections that much quicker. Afterwards, my technician was as helpful with helping me get this Smart TV up & running quickly. All has been working well ever since!

The instillation the guys did was really Great.They surely knew what they were doing and friendly. I asked them about the mounting process and they explained things very well to me.

I just had the geek squad install and mount a 75 “ TV on this mount. It was worth the money. Safe and reliable with locking mechanism. This TV is not coming down with this mount
