Excellent job by the 2 geek squad techs installing the tv mount into a plaster wall and then the tv.

The tech did a great job setting things up for me. He explained what he was doing at at different stages of the work. I appreciate that.

The agent was very polite and unmounted my old tv in seconds and installed the new TV with absolutely no problems in not even 20 minutes. Completely happy!!

The agent mounted my 3 tvs on the wall and it was great. They connected my other components and programed my remotes. I am in heaven.... Great job...

TV mounting was quick and done very well. The tech was super nice and explained everything to us before beginning as they were mounting the tv on a brick wall. The only thing I will say is we did not know there was an extra cost for mounting on a brick wall. So definitely make sure to always ask.

Love this - so glad Best Buy started this - had tv mounted on wall at my mom's and it looks great. Going to be bringing in laptop as well as MAC. Got the Total Tech plan - love it.

TV mounting was exceptional. It can be 50/50 depending on who shows up however this one the Geek Squad got right. Well done.

Professional! They had Best Buy on their shirts. They knew what they were doing and weren't 3rd party contractors. Sure could tell the difference! The price is too high though!!

I will say, Geek Squad was very courteous, very aware of covid restrictions, very professional. They were prompt, and made sure the tv was mounted correctly. Why I'm knocking off a star is because they setup the tv with the smarthub and acknowledging all the privacy statements with out asking me about it, nor discussing the potential implications of signing fully onboard with Samsung. -.75 Stars Even worst, when they were setting up the devices, they kept pairing the tv with a soundbar in a completely different room attached to a different screen. It took me a while to figure out what they did and fix it. I was able to fix this issue, but it did take me a while to figure out what was going on. -.25 stars.

Mounted perfectly and swiftly according to my guidelines..

The installers who mounted my tv were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They answered all my questions and showed me how to use my tv after they mounted it. Excellent service!

The two gentlemen that came to my house to mount my TV and wall mount. It were very professional very courtesy and great at what they do. You can tell they love their job very personable and very highly knowledgeable.

it's a great product, but the thing impressive me is their install service, very polite and professional, they even wear shoe cover before enter my house. Highly recommend it.
