Greek squad technician was punctual and made the process look very easy. Time from start to finish was an hour. Technician set up my TV, cable box, fire stick, and DVD player.

I purchased a Hisense 65 inch tv. There was a defect of the first Hisense tv which was turning off every 30minutes to 2 hours or so. I was however incredibly pleased with the image quality of the tv. Best Buy replaced the tv with another of the same model and it is working flawlessly. For the price of $419.00 I doubt you can find a better 65 inch tv and the image quality compares to tv's selling for twice the price.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of mounting the TV. They were efficient and also cleaned up after themselves.

Great little TV for den. Works great and is uncomplicated (programmed by Geek Squad). Used this TV to "cut the cable." Don't miss having cable, but do miss having to pay that large cable bill. Works a lot better than the "stick."
