Agents mounted my TV efficiently and cleaned up well.

Got a wall mount via Amazon, GeekSquad installed BestBuy bought TV quick&easy. Arrived on time, good communication all the way to make me a happy customer.

The Geek Squad guys did an outstanding job mounting my TV, hooking up the satellite speakers and sound bar, and walking me through the TV settings and remote functions. Glad that they did all of it instead of me!

I bought a 50-inch TV for wall mounting in the family room. The Geek Squad guys arrived on time, removed the old TV, and installed the new one. The guys were very courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. They even set up the new TV and reset the old one so all personal data are deleted. They took all the boxes and packing material. I highly recommend them.

The agents mounted my TV quickly. Answered all questions and arrived promptly, called ahead and were very professional.

The agents that mounted my TV took pride in their work. One installed realized some parts were missing from the mount. This technician then contacted his team member who was on route to grab the parts. A true sense of doing a job right and caring enough to look ahead. The other aspect that stood out was afterwards. Both technicians were eager to show me what my TV can do for me. They emphases questions from me, instructed me on care with the devise.

The Geek squad arrived on time, set up the tv, connected it and demonstrated its feature. Respectful and efficient!
