Service was excellent! Tightened the mounting bolts and made sure tv was anchored properly.

Installers appeared to lack experience with the TCL TV and were unable to complete installation. However, subsequent corrective services solved all issues. Somewhat annoyed with initial work, but all was corrected to my satisfaction.

Richard my installer was great he ask my input in every step of the way while he was installing he ask me if I had any questions all the step on the installation process

Two Geek Squad agents came to my house and successfully wall-mounted two TVs on two different floors. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and I was very satisfied with the results. They were courteous and friendly throughout the whole process and answered a bunch of my questions along the way. For anyone who has purchased a TV and wants to have it wall-mounted but is not familiar with the process (or doesn't have a second person to help), I would definitely recommend having Geek Squad come out and take care of the installation for you!

The gentleman who came to my house was very nice and thorough. He taught me how to use my tv and set everything up . I was able to use it myself as soon as he left because he explained it well. I’ll definitely recommend him again.

The guys mounted my 3 TV's were very nice and professional but I thought I needed a new rack but I DID NOT. I ended up spending $60.00 on a new rack I DID NOT NEED :(
