Geek Squad installed a wall mounted TV in our work-out room. Technicians were excellent and work was done in a professional and timely manner.

The tech was very helpful in getting the TV set up after initially having no success in getting it synced with Spectrum app. Fortunately, the TV did not need to be replaced, just programming issue revolved

They not only installed the mount but they delivered it and connected my tv to it as well. They didn't rush the job and made sure that everything was attached properly.

Had not planned on purchasing this tv for my house but got a great deal. The guys who came were awesome and did a good job. Very impressed.

The 2 person team arrived on time with all needed tools, and They were done in less than an hour. They offered to remove the old plasma TV being replaced, but I had another use for it.

This Mount was perfect for my 85’TV, I love it! Easy to install, of course I didn’t install the geek squad did it for me.

The installers did a great job in placing the wall mount that posed a couple of challenges. Already had the TV.

Installer was courteous and got the new TV up and programed quickly.

The installation went good..the tv and mount looks good. I wanted to add a in wall power surge but unfortunately the agent didn’t have the correct one on him…luckily I was able to purchase one from the store but have to schedule another appointment. I would caution BB to instruct there agents not to mention they have other appointments behind them as it makes the current customer feel there being rushed. But overall satisfied with product and install.
