Excellent service...the geek squa installed my tv on my wall in my loft

The Geek Squad came to my home to installed and mounted my 65" TV. They were very customer friendly, did an excellent job installing and mounting my 65" TV. I requested that They come back to install the existing BlueRay CD player, etc. They were so professional and customer friendly. They did an excellent job. If I had to rate them on a scale of 1 to 10, and 10 being the highest on the scale; they would received a 12+. If I had to get another TV installed or recommend I would tell call Best Buy - Geek Squad. GREAT JOB!!

Geek squad did a great job on installing tv professionals

First time I have had a large TV wall mounted. So glad that I had the experts from the Geek Squad doing there thing. I could tell by talking with them and watching that I was in good hands. They installed my new wall mount unboxed the new LG OLED and attached it to the mount. In a timely fashion they had everything set up and working like a champ. Thank you gentlemen for an amazing job.

I had my 65’ flat screen professionally wall mounted by Best Buy, the work was very good and haven’t had any problems whatsoever and well worth the money spent to have them do it.

I will definitely pay the extra cost for the Geek Squad to install future TVs. Very professional and installed my tv within 30 min. Awesome

The two guys that mounted my tv and set up my devices were professional and did a good job. They had a HDMI cable in van because guy at the store forgot to tell me I needed one. They were able to hook up two of my other devices for me also.

The agents mounted my television and connected my devices, it looks really good, however, because of where my reciever was placed behind the tv, we were told to aim the remote at the ceiling, instead of it working properly we spent nearly everyday for two weeks either rebooting the system, calling our provider or not being able to watch the tv..I finally took the receiver down and placed it on a table, it worked fine, so my husband placed it in a lower area behind the tv, it works fine. I know it is not their fault but it was frustrating to spend the extra money to have the television mounted where I wanted it and then because of a simple error, I was not able to enjoy it immediately.

Expert installation and friendly service. Would highly recommend the geek squad installation option.
