Two technicians arrived on time to install my new 55" TV on the wall and they moved my old tv to an existing wall mount in a bedroom. Very good service overall.

The agent was very knowledgeable and did a nice job with the installation. However he was out of the plastic wall covers for the wires. I contacted him a day or two later to ask him or another agent in my area to drop the cover by. He never returned my call. Yes I can drive across the Potomac to the Best Buy in Alexandria VA to pick up the cover. But should I really have to since I paid for the convenience of the installation?
