Beginning to end the two man team was speedy and professional. They made sure they answered all my questions before they left. I would not hesitate to pay for the service again.

The agents, led by Special Agent Greg, contacted us earlier that day to establish install time. The arrived promptly, used protective masks and shoe covers (which we really appreciated), wiped everything down and insured a clean, safe environment. Both men were pleasant, informative and communicated with each of us, especially our 90 year old mother who was deeply interested in the new TV and it’s options. A pleasant, educational and helpful experience! We maintain Geek Squad protection annually and it is worth it.

Totally awesome Cooper made some great suggestions had everything I didn’t have but needed on his truck the work was clean, quick and efficient super team great conversationalist and very helpful with some other projects and products I’m looking forward to adding I would recommend geek squad to any and everyone

We did not have the correct components initially so the technician had to return at a later time. He worked diligently to get our new system up and running and train us on the features.

Hat;s off to Jen and Kevin. Could not have asked for two better technicians. They came in, introduced themselves, removed my old TV and wall mounted my new TV and TV speaker using a univserial wall mount. I watched them work, clearly they new what they were doing. They explained each step. They made sure that the TV was working and connected to my cable and sound bar.

We bought a new TV and a mount and I am so happy that I got the service to get it mounted through the GeekSquad. The team members were super communicative and worked quickly to mount the TV. They were in and out in no time. The TV also looks great. If I did it myself, it would not have been a good turnout.
