INSTALLED QUICKLY. i JUST THINK YOU CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR INSTALLATION. GOOD WORK BUT WOULD NOT REFER FOR COST OF SERVICE WAS TOO MUCH. IF IT HAD INCLUDED THE MOUNTING DEVICE THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN REASONABLE

Geek squad mounted and installed tv professionally and efficiently

I thought it was really horrible that I paid so much money just to connect it and set it up for me. I already had the TV mounted on my own mounter. Im not happy about that.

The Geek Squad installers arrived on time and were quite professional. They removed my old plasma television and mounted my new OLED flat screen with no issues. The installers made sure that the television was connected correctly to my audio and video equipment and functioning properly. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I was extremely satisfied with the service that was provided.

Originally, I had the Geek Squad mount my new Sony 65" Bravia TV over my fireplace in late Autumn 2018. At that time my neck was really bothering me and had them hang it lower. Flash to February 2021 and my neck is just fine. Geek Squad came out and rehung the TV at its proper height over my fireplace and also attached the Sonos Arc. I would never, ever have anyone but the Geek Squad. They are the best! I wish I could remember the two gentlemens' names. They were fabulous and they were and are meticulous.
