Geek Squad installed my 86in TV fast and effortlessly!

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to my sound system. They needed an additional part, which was on the truck. Very convenient. They also recommended and installed a MESH wi-fi system. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. These technicians are a real asset to Best Buy.

I needed the Geek Squad to take down the 50" TV they had mounted for me 7 years ago and replace it with a 65" Smart TV. They actually arrived a little earlier than their original window, went right to work, and had everything done quickly and efficiently. Then they took time to answer some questions, get the Smart features setup and verified their correct functioning, and then cleaned everything up like they had never even been here. I found the two-man team congenial and I enjoyed talking with them while they worked.

They were fast, efficient and courteous, would be happy to have them for any future installations.

Jason and his assistant were absolutely fantastic with installing our new TV. They centered it perfectly above our fireplace mantle. They were very efficient and explained everything we needed to know for operating the TV and getting us signed into our streaming apps. They also brought a SONOS sound bar that they installed and it sounds amazing like we are in a movie theater. Thank you all so much!
