I thought you guys did a really good job they were really informative on the questions we asked had that TV up in no time the gentleman even programmed it and made sure that I understood what was going on I'd highly recommend these two.

This group of technicians are amazing. 15 years ago we had the Geek Squad install our 50 inch Plasma tv from Best Buy. They excellent then and now they installed and programmed the remote to our new 70 inch QLED. Once again they were excellent. Very neat and very patient with customers over the age of 72!

I installed a heavy duty mount myself since Best Buy did not have the model I wanted. Geek squad came and installed it to my directions and specifications. It was a lot to install the tv (which is fantastic by the way) but it is an expensive tv and I did not want some relative or friend dropping it on me. Greek Squad members were good as they knew what they were doing and also as important they listened to me.

The agent mounted my TV, and connected several apps to it. The agent was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient.

The installation was on time and they did it so quick we definitely calling back if we need another installation

The GS guys were great. Smart fast friendly. They got stuck in a snow filled lane and found a way to make it work. Great guys

We can not thank Mario Morales enough - he was so patient with us and went over set up several times. There is so much these tv's can do these days - there should be a course on this! I would definitely recommend this set up with the Geek Squad!

Mounting my new 65” TV was a two man task. The Geek squad guys were able to mount the unit and get it connected with ease. They did a great job.
