The Geek Squad Service was fantastic! Matt and Rich explained everything, and we needed a free standing mounted to the TV. They showed me a swivel free stand on the website for Best Buy. It was perfect. They continued on with their service calls, and came back with the stand to mount on the TV. I purchased it right from the website. We are pleased with our service, and the Geek Squad are very knowledgeable! Thank you guys again!

Best Buy did a great job installing and mounting our new TV. He was very nice and did a quick installation. He even was a full hour early to the actual install time.

I like best buy, however the outside people they use is. Quite confusing.Im not going to say don't go to shop there because it's a really great store, customer service is a different story..... They need to work on compensating people for their problems that they have with deliveries

Very nice 75” tv. Rich color with a beautiful background. Bigger IS better for sure. Better picture than my old Visio.

this is perfect for the non geek DIY person,pay a little extra for guaranteed installation and limited warranty,i kept it all in house at pearl city BESTBUY

The st tech was terrible. Thats where i learned that the Geek squad farmed out there work. He left without connecting the tv.Shows that Best Buy hires the handicapped as he wasbrain dead the second teck was excellent and completed the pconnection in 5 minutes

I purchased a tv mount and in wall power kit. I had Geek squad install both. Did a great job with the installation. Since I have a Samsung tv that has the one connect box ( not rated to run wire in wall ) I asked the tech if he could install/ hide the box and wires behind the tv, he did and you would never know it’s there. Tech then reconnected all my devices/ Hdmi cables and zip tied them up to hide behind my receiver. Great Job definitely recommend them if you need a tv mount installation.
