Chris and Jake came to our home to assemble our tv and tv stand and we couldn't have asked for anyone better! Amazing customer service! When putting our tv on the stand we purchased, the legs to the tv hung over the edge and were resting on the window sill.. they offered to come back out with an additional mount that would help ease that problem and they were proficient all the way through.

The Geek Squad showed up on time. They communicated with me ahead of time to let me know where they were and when to be expected. Great job communicating what was going to occur, Made sure I understood my options before taking action. They even checked on the status of a different mount that I had been eyeing in the store. They went back and picked it up, when it looked like the one I had purchased was going to be less than ideal. Very friendly and professional throughout.
