Took three appointments
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took them 3 appointments to finally be able to come and actually mount my tv. The first time was because I had scheduled my appointment online for the next day and it never showed up in their system. The second time was because their order didn’t show that I had a TV bigger than 51”. Only one guy showed up and told me he was going to have to come back the next day with another person. The third time they finally got it right and I was happy with the install once they were finished.

Time is valuable so can certainly understand how frustrating it would be to have multiple appointments before your mounting service could be completed because of scheduling issues.
