All seems very good... keeps flush, close to wall. Geek Squad installed & did wonderful job.

They wall mounted my 55 inch tv. They did a good job but it took quite a while and they did not ask me if i wanted more cords to be hidden behind the tv so now i have to take the tv off the wall to made extra hook ups.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of the Geek Squad's representative. We purchased a new television and sound system for our family room TV. I feel that the Geek Squad went above and beyond, going so far as to set up our apps (NetFlix, Prime Video, Hulu, HBOMax, Disney+, etc.) and having us log in. He instructed us on how to use the remote and give us many tips and tricks to make our experience so much better.

I will use Geek squad for future services. Time was taken to make sure I understood how to operate tv. There was attention to detail and no trash was left behind.

Geek Squad came out and installed a mount and our 65" Sony television to our bedroom wall. From the timely heads up for arrival to the surgical mask-like shoe bottom covers- I was immediately impressed. Only to be outdone by the expertise and knowledge displayed as the two gentleman installed our items and then walked us through and even calibrated optimal settings (audio and video) to our bedroom space. There was respect and courtesy to both each other and ourselves throughout the 2 hours they were here. They really were awesome.

The team was spot on, they didn't wast any time and were very professional and handled the job quickly and it looks great and they set everything up and I love it!

Most professional service I have encountered. The guys installed two TVs in an hour and tucked my cables, answered my questions and were extremely knowledgeable. One of the TVs was a 65” inch and in extremely thin and needed care being installed flush to the wall. The other was installed over shiplap. My recommendation is to purchase the Best buy total tech support if you are installing several items in the house as it will come out cheaper and offers lots of perks.

The technician came on time. Installed the TV quickly and waited when I was connecting the internet to the TV.
