    wepuchased a open boxtvfirst time we were not happy with color on picture then we took back to store and tv went on sale so we purchsed a new one much happier with new one.

    The installer, Bryan, did a fast, and quality install on both TVs. He even installed the mount for a third TV when I asked him to.
