Attentive to detail. The crew that I have hired for the last year is amazing.

The team installed my TV - flush - just like the in-store display.

The team who went in mount the TV were excellent. They were organized, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They hit a snag when we realized that the TV they took out of the box earlier and about to mount had a big crack. They ended up taking it back to the warehouse, and cleaned up after themselves when they left. Not sure if this is an issue with the team or scheduling, but they scheduled a time frame that was before the store even opened. They gave a 7a-12p timeframe, and the team called at 9:30a to say that they are coming in at 10. They came at 10:15a.

The installation was done very professionally. They explained the TV and remotes and down loaded the necesary items. Very Pleased

Our Geek Squad service has been fabulous. They have been knowledgeable and nice and efficient.

It’s a very strong & well-built wall mount that has smooth and sturdy full motion capabilities. My 75” TV is HEAVY! This mount is up for the job! It is expensive, you can find much cheaper mounts in a lot of stores, but if you spend a thousand or more for a TV, wouldn’t you want the peace of mind that it’s not gonna fall of the mount or break off the wall? Use a stud finder, bury those bolts in the studs, and you’ll be good!
