The agents mounted and connected my t.v and locked need them to all my devices. They made sure it was what/how I wanted it to be.

The 2 man crew did a really good job in mounting the tv. The only negative is the 1st technician arrived and had to wait 45 minutes for the 2nd technician to arrive. The work was completed in fine fashion...looks very good on the wall.

Those guys are very professional and amazing, after they finished to setup everything they cleaned up the garbage

It extends so far off the wall and pivots wherever I need it go so I can watch my TV from anywhere in my apartment. It’s a great addition to my 55” TV

We had a small credenza located TV relocated to a wall mount, (as we were having a LARGE TV wall mounted in its place). And while the desire for as little protrusion into the room was expressed, the use of longer mounting bolts that our Agent had on hand, thus required SPACERS to offset the back of the TV from the mount . . . intruding into the space an extra 3/4" . Why did we didn't simply find shorter mounting bolts, I can't say why, nor was it explained to me. Noticed only after the fact, and may have to simply redo myself when I can locate 4 shorter properly threaded bolts.

Outstanding tech mounted TV and taught me how to use the remote. He hit it all set up with the wireless internet.

I had a wireless mounting 77" TV and Sound bar. The installers were very professional and did a great job in measuring and putting every item at a perfect height and cover a wall plug that was much higher than expected. I was very pleased with their work and the installation looked great.
