Two agents removed a heavy plasma TV and mounted the new one over a fireplace while standing on a marble hearth. Well worth the cost!

Chad mounted and installed out 75” Vizio. He was friendly and professional and gave tech advice.

He got it mounted just fine. But in the end we still could not sync the remotes. It was 2 weeks later that someone helped us do that. Not much of a Geek I say.

I have mix experience with Geek Squad. The 1st installation of my LG 77 TV was not level. Geek Squad of course sent someone to adjust the installation which I appreciated. My 2nd encounter on getting an in-home consultation on cameras had been bad. There were 2 no show. And finally 2 technicians showed up after I complained. Now that I wanted to install, supposedly another project person will need to come and assess how and where to install. This project person never called me! I can say that Best Buy does honor price guarantee, but this is all they do best. Service quality is less desirable.

The agent mounted my TV and connected my device to the sound bar. The agents the service call in competent and professional manner.

The men put the mount on the wall & mounted my TV. They took the box the TV was delivered in, but must ave placed the box the mount came in into the TV box because after they left, i couldn’t find the Amazon box the mount came in. The box should have had the extra brackets because those were not left either. Although I probably will not need these extras, I would have assumed they would have left them or at least asked about them before taking them. They also left dust/trash on the shelves when they finished. This was definitely not the same type of experience I had with the first pair of technicians who put the mount & larger TV in my living room.

The gentleman did a great job of mounting the tv. He listened to what we wanted and then set about accomplishing it. Thank you!
