Agents arrived on time and and made quick work of mounting my 85 inch Sony tv. They took the time to center it for my viewing pleasure and set up the tv with my wifi and cable services. I was pleasantly surprised with how efficiently the pair of them worked. Will definitely hire them again.

These guys do amazing work in a timely manner. Make sure you purchase your own mount though.

I’m only giving a 4 because when the installers came out the first time, the tv would turn on but that was it. The installer told me it’s the remote and I had to go back to Best Buy (40 miles away) and they’d switch it out. I got another remote and the same thing. Best Buy came out again two weeks later with a new tv but all they had to do was pair it to the tv. A 5 minute fix. I feel they should have made sure on the first delivery that when they left I had an operable tv but I didn’t. Also, for the customer to have to go back and exchange a part is inexcusable.
