The workmen were pleasant and complete in the installation of this YV mount.

This was purchased to mount our older tv on bedroom wall and it works great.

The geek squad was very professional in doing their job and they will give theit opinion on what is best and ask you on your judgement.

The guys were nice and very efficient at setting up our TV and sound bar on our kitchen wall. It took them very little time to install it all.

I have never used the geek squad before, but i will always in the future for installations. Specifically from this store in Portage. The crew were professional, knowledgeable and willing to get the install perfect. I will use these guys again, and cannot thank them enough for the honesty and professionalism.

The agents. Mounted my TV and connected it to all home devices.

The tech guys did what they could to install my new TV but it turned out I needed a new cable box (thanks, Comcast, for letting me know in advance!). I had some trouble with the sound and picture once I got the new box, and Geek Squad actually came back (I have a contract) and adjusted everything. Also recommended a sound bar.

Every single installer I have worked with has been awesome! Great work, easy to talk to and knowledgeable.

I do not recommend using their TV mounting/installation services. Just buy the products and hire someone else if you don't want to install it yourself. Scheduling and appointment coordination is very disorganized. I scheduled the installation and was given a timeframe window, but nobody ever showed up. I had to call several times throughout the day, and each time I was told they would be there in 20 minutes. They never showed up the entire day. I then had to re-schedule, and the soonest they could schedule was 2 weeks later. That installation did go well, which is why I gave 2 stars - but it was definitely not worth the headache and frustration.
