    The Geek Squad technicians were just awesome. Bradford contacted me the day before my appt and helped me save money even before he got to my house!! And the 2nd tech was so helpful in getting so many of my electronics hooked to the WiFi and the TV. They couldn’t have been any more professional or excellent in their jobs. Both were very knowledgeable and courteous. A great asset to Best Buy family.

    Geek Squad provide value added service installation of large screen 77" TV. Their experience was invaluable for delievery, installation, setup. explanation of features, and most importantly recommending settings for TV and Sound bar for the best all round performance.

    Geek squad was quick, professional and knowledgeable. TV is pretty good...I do wish it was remote controlled or a little easier to navigate. But considering I have a larger tv, it still moves fairly well.
