THE GEEK SQUAD INSTALLED MY TV WITH GREAT CARE AND SYNCHRONIZED IT WITH THE CABLE REMOTE AND INSTRUCTED ME HOW TO USE THE REMOTRES.

The agents came on time and were very nice and neat in setting up our equipment that we purchased. So thankful for their technique!

The geek squad are the experts. Make sure you ask specifically for the geek squad and not the third-party vendor. Vendor was a horrible experience.my installers were Josh and Zach from the geek squad and they were amazing. Installation was pristine. I would not trust my 86 inch TV to anyone else!

The geek squad personnel mounted and installed the TV fine. However, they dropped a tool on a piece of furniture—which I had offered to move out of the way, but they declined—which cracked the wood finish. They mentioned repeatedly how they were in a rush to finish their day as I was one of their last appointments. If they weren’t in such a rush and took their time, maybe they wouldn’t have damaged my furniture.

The guys arrived on time. They were very professional and courteous. They explained my equipment and showed me the best way to place the mount.

They came they installed very quickly. It was a straightforward job but they seemed competent and were quick.

The team (both) have been incredible and very open to making sure our family understands the features and also enjoys the experience. Unfortunately the issue has been with the TV and sound bar (twice) and it appears unfixable so we are dealing with adjusting settings nearly every time we turn the units on.
