The Geek Squad is worth every penny. The representatives are so professional & friendly. The mounting service that was done was a high quality and something I could have never done myself. They tied up all my cords to make everything neat. The team even brought a vacuum to clean up dust after which was such a nice touch. They took their time to adjust the TV to my liking and set up all my devices.

The agents arrived earlier than originally set, so it was a great start to the day. Quick and professional service. They cleaned up the saw dust from their drilling into the wall. Even members of my own household don't do that. An awesome experience. And so quickly performed I wondered why I'd even contemplate doing it myself or having a family member do it. Best Buy/Geek Squad techs know what they are doing. Will definitely use their services again. Only positive things to say about this service.
