Setup well but didn't connect Ethernet and one of the HDMI devices.

Jessie and Bree from Roseville Best Buy Geek Squad mounted two TVs with LG sound systems. Absolutely terrific.

tv is a great size, good quality but you can get the same with a lower priced tv. still learning to maneuver well but most of the features are things you’d rather check on your phone. i understand the price is for its features but they’re not touched. I use my tv just for streaming and watching. if you’d like to check the weather, get sports news apps and other stuff you can do on your phone but would like on a big screen then this might be it for you. I’ve also only had one real glitch on the screen as far as picture wise, shown in attached picture. and sometimes if you don’t exit out an app before turning off the tv, it give you a playback error when you turn it back on. problwm fixed by holding or double clicking “home” button and click down to close app when task manager pops up.

The squad did a great job; I am very satisfied. Didn’t take long, and the warranty/service is good. Glad I didn’t have to mount the TV myself!

They set up my new tv in a timely manner. They were professional and showed up on time.

Very strong and sturdy. A full size man can hang on this mount and not budge it.

Wow … we have a rock style of stone of a fireplace wall and BBTT perfectly broke threw the rock and mounted our 65 “ 7 series so perfect

The two guys that came where pretty good they left pit a few details but overall the servise was great.
