Mark Gautier called in advance of arrival. He and his assistant Percy assessed the situation and made recommendations how to proceed. Mark kept my wife and I informed as they were moving forward and explained the use of the TV and accessories once completed. A pleasure to work with.

I bought the Samsung s90D 83 inch tv. When I got it home and mounted on the wall I noticed the screen was warped. I contacted support and arranged for an exchange tv to be delivered and the defective tv to be taken. A few days later the delivery guy called when he was out front of my house to ask if it was mounted on a wall. I said yes. I then got a call from customer service stating that my appointment had to be rescheduled since i hadnt paid for any install labor. There was absolutely no instructions saying not to have it mounted. I was annoyed to say the least. At that time i went ahead and paid the $270 to have the moving guys unmount the old and mount the new. That was two weeks ago. Today on November 23, i was scheduled to have the tv switched out. First thing i noticed was two different appointments. One was set for 7am-11am for the damaged tv to be taken down and the new one put up. Unfortunately, the second appointment was scheduled for 930am-130pm. That one was for the deliver of the new tv and removal of the old. It was obviously a logistical error on best buys part. The first person showed at 730am but all he could do was take the tv off the wall. In and out in 5 min. He asked if he could come back the next day but i said absolutely not. It needed to be figured out a made right today. He said to call him when they dropped off the new tv. The new tv was delivered at 1030am. The dropped off the new and took the old. They were in and out in about 5 min. They didnt make any effort to visually check the tv for any issues cosmetically or in function. They also left without monting it. I admit that i didnt think about checking the tv untilafter they left. I called the technician that is supposed to mount the tv. He said he lost his other tech that was assisting him. It would be a few hours before he could get back to mount it. That was at 11am ish. Havent heard from him since. I noticed on the Best Buy app that my appointment went from 7am-11am up to 3pm-7-pm. ALL DAY IVE BEEN WAITING. I understand that things happen. I get that. However, this entire process from the start has meen chaos. Im sorry but with the amount of money ive spent for the TV and this service this process has been RIDICULOUS. I feel like there should be some kind of compensation for the unreliable execution of what i figured should be a pretty cut and dry service. If you use the best buy service Im sure you will have no issues. My words of wisdome though is to warn you not to be surprised if thigs dont go according to the plan.

I have every plan Best Buy makes I'm sure but the plan that allows me 24/7 online support and $49 install is by far my favorite feature. My only issue with the install was that the mount I had previously purchased elsewhere did not work with this particular TV but they said they had one on the truck and I could buy it for $70, twice what the one I had cost, but I needed it installed then. The mount does not come out from the wall or swivel or tilt and it makes it impossible to get my hand behind the TV to insert HDMI cables. My bad for not knowing all mounts won't work with all TV's.

I had to request Best Buy’s mounting service for my 85” TV and the guys were very professional about the install. Except they did not know how to care and clean my 2022 Frame TV screen which is special and because of their directions my screen was further damaged! I want to give them 5 stars but after my $4500 TV looks like a $100 TV I feel terrible about following their suggestions.

The technicians were very professional and worked well together as a team in installing my TV, connecting to receiver, and testing it all out. They spent time with me to explain the features and making sure I understood. The TV weighs 100 pounds, so it was worth the investment for installation services.

Great job done! Came, installed in minutes and provided assistance if needed.
