The crew did an amazing job mounting and hooking up our new Samsung TV and Samsung sound bar.

The crew did a great job. Very polite, knew what they were doing and installed rather quickly. Showed up when they said.

While the coordination of products was a bit messed up, the Geek Squad stepped up and made it happen. I was impressed with their ability to determine what the situation was, and then get creative to deal with the situation. In the end, all the stress of the order/delivery of items in the order itself, Geek Squad took it on and made me a happy camper in the end by getting it done. Thanks
