Tv was mounted by these gentl and set up . They were kind, professional, and answered all my questions before removing all oacking materials.

The agents were on time and very efficient. Within 30 minutes they had the old TV down, the new 77" TV mounted correctly and the old TV packed up with all the packing material junk to take away. They then set up all of our cable/ internet services for the TV and showed us how to make it all work. The agents were great; best installation experience ever.

Set up people were in contact delivery. Also called the day of delivery for a more exact time. Upon arrival they were courteous and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Very professional. Went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and knew how to operate tv.

I get free mounting with my subscription to GEEK Squad Tech Support. The technicians were prompt and on time. They removed the old wall mounted TV and remounted the new TV. They hooked up all the ancillary equipment, sound bar, DVD player, Denon receiver etc. They programmed the remote for the ancillary equipment and provided some training on using the remote as well.
