Technicians arrived within scheduled time; they were polite; TV was mounted at the height I specified; they did not leave a mess; and it appeared that they did an excellent job. However, recently when I went to add a device to the TV, I had to pull the TV out from the wall to plug in the device, at that point, I realized that out of the four bolts that were used to mount the wall mount that only three were installed. I noticed this because one corner of the mount was not flush to the wall. After feature investigation, I could tell that the whole they drilled was misaligned so they did not screw in the bolt. Also, I asked them to put the bolts in the slot on the mount that allow you to slide it from right to left they did not do that. Next time, I will be sure to inspect any mounting before they actually put the TV on it.

The 2 guys that delivered and installed our 75inch LG TV were very courteous and knowledgeable on all aspects of smart TVs. They set up the smart tv and explained all the operating options. They were excellent

Geek squad installers were friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. They hung a 65 inch set, no problems. Clean install, no wires hanging.

The Best Buy Tech/GeekSquade was very efficient, o time, patience, professional, explained and answered questions effectively as well as installed the tv mount quick and cleaned up after his installation. Highly Satisfied will service, plan to use again, sorry the free service will be discontinued.

The two guys who installed our TV were truly magnificent. After the installation they stayed longer to make sure we new how to operate our new TV with our cable modem and showed us all the feature that the TV had.

The TV mount installer was very professional. He described the steps for installation clearly, and even though I already had the mount bracket, he made sure that it would be safe and suitable for the TV. I absolutely liked the plan; it was worth it.

Purchased a mount from Best Buy and wanted a professional to do it as I did not want to damage my TV. Scheduling of service was very easy even with pandemic. On day of installation, staff would let me know when they would make the appointment. The installation was very quick and done very well. I have use them to install several items in my home. Would highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and fast. They took away all the rubbish from the install.
