The techs who came into our home to install two televisions was professional, courteous and willing to answer our questions regarding the new technology. We had been on a satellite system until our recent move to a new home, and using streaming internet was new to us. Thank you, Best Buy!

Excellent service...Came when he said he would.. Removed our old TV. Installed the new one...Made sure that everything was working. Made sure we had all the stations we were paying for. Spent time showing us how to work all the new stuff. All with a smile. Great guy. Very happy we took totaltech membership.

First man not much effort was made. In all fairness to him tv was too large for one person to unmount . They were supposed to send two people to begin with it was clearing noted on order and they only sent one . If they would have sent two the first time it would have been a 5 star . Second installers were very good.
